Support Worker

Libertatem Healthcare is seeking to recruit *Due to our client needs* a Female Cerebral Palsy Support Worker. Our Client is an 8-year-old girl who is non-verbal and lives with her parents in a bungalow in Bath.

Hours

Week 1: Mon, Wed,Fri 14.15-20.00
Week 2: Mon, Wed,Fri 14.15-20.00 Sat 12.00-16.00

Alternate weekends required

Responsibilities

• Provide support with personal care, and transfers including a ceiling hoist.
• Driving the client in her WAV- Manual
• Working alongside a full MDT which is already in place
• Assisting the client into the community.
• Working alongside SALT.
• Assisting with all hydration and nutritional needs.

Training & Background Checks
An enhanced DBS check & full training will be provided prior to commencing work with our client and you will also be supported by our clinical lead nurse for the area.
