Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking to recruit an experienced Healthcare Assistant to support our young female client in Caldicot, Monmouthshire.

Our client has cerebral palsy and needs continual monitoring and care throughout the day and night on a 2:1 basis, therefore you will always be working alongside one other experienced member of her team.

*Due to our client's needs, we will only be looking to recruit Female support workers at this time.

Hours:

Days - 9:30am - 5pm

Waking nights - 2100 - 0800 (alternate weekends are required)

(Support Worker - must be happy to participate in hydro-therapy with the client and be flexible with times)

*Waking tasks to include:

· Moving and handling throughout the night/day

· Monitoring and maintaining observations

· Administering medications

Responsibilities
As part of her support team you will be responsible for assisting with:

· Some basic household tasks

· Swimming with the client in their pool

· Utilising the sensory room

Training

You will be provided with full and client specific training prior to commencing work, and upon successful completion of all recruitment detail.

* An Enhanced DBS Check is required for the role
