Hours - 7.30am-7.30pm, 7.30am-12.30pm, 7.30am-1.30pm & 1.30pm-7.30pm
Days of Work - Monday-Sunday
You will be spending your time with our client who is a happy, loveable, severely disabled but intelligent 20-year-old little boy with a rewarding, good sense of humour.
He is reliant on his care team for all his needs, and loves music, crafts, animals, stories and playing with his sensory toys.
The successful candidate will work in our client’s bespoke accommodation which is joined to the family home. You will be part of a small dedicated team who work with our client on a two-to-one and one-on-one basis 7 days a week, with nursing support available at all times.

We have a robust and indepth onboarding process where as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. As part of your induction, you will shadow another member of your team. This helps you understand your new role and get to know people in your team.
Your colleagues and management team will work with you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions you may have. You’ll start building your own support network from day one – this will include your management team, colleagues and departments at Group Support.
Your ongoing development , whether it be studying for an NVQ, refresher or specific clinic training is invested in too.
