Day to day duties include:

providing vulnerable children with the care and support they will need to become independent and succeed
safeguarding the children & young people
maintaining a safe and clean environment
ensuring you are aware of care plans & be able to provide person centered care
showing passion for organising and supporting children's activities

Experience desirable, but not essential.
